The vendor’s preference is for a conditional sale (subject to planning) incorporating the provision of a new Neighbourhood Police facility described in more detail below.
The site is located in central Bristol approximately ½ a mile from the inner ring road and Cabot Circus Shopping Centre. Junction 3 of the M32 is approximately ½ a mile to the north. The Police Station is accessed from Trinity Road (A420).
