Office rental costs
Your single fixed monthly fee includes business rates, heating, lighting, electricity, water and service charges, making it easy to manage your costs. The price of our office space to rent is bespoke for every customer as it depends on the amount of space you take and whereabouts in the country you need it.
Other than your monthly rental fee, the set-up costs are:
Deposit – Your deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.
Legal fees – A one-time payment for setting up the office rental agreement.
Insurance – As part of your rental, you will need to arrange office contents insurance, and to share a copy with us - this is a requirement for office rental everywhere in the UK.

Once you have moved in to your flexible workspace, you will be free to arrange for your new phone lines to be connected with your phone service provider. If you require anything else in addition, for example more electricity than your contract covers, we will be on hand and more than happy to arrange that for you.
