Shared artist space to let in Lawrence Hill Bristol. This creative studio is looking to let small sections of its space to like minded individuals that are looking for creative desk and spaces to let. Currently there is space for a creative desk, a maker space and a creative area to let with varying sizes available to suit your needs. The space can be sectioned off if required and due to the location under a railway arch the units are suitable for slightly noisier creative work.
The space is located within Berkeley Court , an established Business Park situated just off the A420 (Lawrence Hill) within one mile of Bristol City Centre and the M32 motorway. It offers excellent transport links as well as easy accessibility for customers and clients, to local amenities on the adjacent high street. In addition Lawrence Hill Train Station is 50m away from this creative space.
The unit is constructed with a stone and brick faced front elevation. Inside it has a curved ceiling lined in profiled plastic panels, fluorescent lighting and concrete floor. The unit is accessed via a concertina loading door in the front elevation measuring 2m wide and 2m high approximately.
The headroom in the middle of the unit is approximately 3.78 m. There is an office space within the unit and a WC.
Currently the space is occupied by a local woodwork artist looking to share the space, the space is flexible to all needs and within the unit there are designated creative desks as well as areas that can be emptied for your creative needs. Occupiers can have access to the ‘maker space’ on top of their work area at an extra £50 pcm if required. Therefore you can use the space to make things if you need a workshop type area. The creative space can be separated into 3 bays if necessary to make it easier, better to see the space to determine what is required etc.
This is a really great space to get creative and naturally this is a dog friendly area, so if you have a pooch then this space is happy to let them get used to the workshop as long as they are well behaved etc.
